RTW Purchases $10.00

A little note on the overlocker thread.  I wasn't sure how to account for this.  I bought 8 reels of thread which should keep me going for, like, forever but didn't want to add it to any one project, so as not to distort the cost.  My solution was to add it in separately.

    1. Probably a little bit but it is also the penny pincher in me that is a motivator as well.

  2. I wanted to comment the other day about your gorgeous tiger shirt... I love the way you made a simple design and let the fabric speak for itself. I'd been thinking about pattern choice because I saw a beautiful large flower print fabric absolutely destroyed because it had made into an 8 gore skirt. The lovely design was so chopped up! But that tiger shirt - perfect. So are you having a quiet week this week? We have 3 kids away at tournament - bliss!

    1. It is peaceful although I still have one disappointed teenager in the house whose u14 rugby team didn't compete this year. Maybe next year I can get rid of two for a week!

I know what you mean by large print disasters. They tend to cause me headaches which is probably one reason I stay away from them.

  3. Another month of great sewing, with a little bit of a red theme! I'm super impressed at the cost of your wardrobe.
