Archer In Spots

I have made another Grainline Archer.  This time with long sleeves.  I have seen a lot of denim and navy blue appearing in the shops lately so this fabric could not be more perfect.  I picked it up at the op shop some time ago and the quality is lovely.  I suspect it may be some sort of rayon.

I usually like spots on other people but this grown up spot is definitely more me.  It was a devil to match because they run on an angle.

I didn't make any changes to the pattern and took my time.  I was also extremely efficient with my cutting to ensure leftovers.  The resulting shirt is my favourite so far and has been on regular rotation since it's completion way back in September!

  2. It's beautiful. I'm wondering how much longer I can resist this pattern!

  3. Am I the only sewer on the planet not to have made the Archer? Great version.

    1. Possibly! It is worth the effort which is probably why it is so popular.
